This policy is written in plain language for an early MVP. If HaveHabit becomes a public commercial product, this page should be reviewed and adapted to the final legal entity, payment setup, and data-processing tools.

Information we collect
When you use HaveHabit, we may collect:
- Account information, such as your email address and, if provided, your name.
- Sprint information, such as the bottleneck you name, the action you define, sprint dates, check-ins, completion status, and review notes.
- Technical information, such as browser/device information, basic usage events, and analytics data.
- Local storage data, used to keep your sprint available in your browser and improve the app experience.
How we use your information
We use this information to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Save and sync your sprint progress.
- Show your active sprint when you return to the app.
- Improve the product and understand which parts of the MVP are useful.
- Send account-related emails, such as confirmation emails.
Where your data is stored
Account and sprint data may be stored using Supabase, which provides authentication and database infrastructure. Some sprint data may also be stored locally in your browser so the app can load quickly and recover your progress.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand general usage of the website and app, such as page visits and product interactions. Analytics helps us improve HaveHabit during the MVP stage.
We may send account-related emails, including signup confirmation emails. These emails are necessary for account access and security.
Payments
If payments are added, payment processing will be handled by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. HaveHabit will not store full card details on its own servers.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us run the product, such as authentication, hosting, analytics, email, and payment providers.
Your choices
You can contact us to request:
- Access to information connected to your account.
- Correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion of your account or sprint data.

To request deletion, email hello@havehabit.com from the email address connected to your HaveHabit account.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
